Sundance Funnel to bow in Romania

LONDON -- Sundance Funnel, possessed by AMC Systems, is always to bow the first time in Romania and possess its distribution beefed up in Hungary and Belgium. In Romania, the internet will probably be provided on Liberty Global's DTH platform, Focus Sitting. In Hungary, it's being moved on UPC cable, another Liberty platform. In Belgium, Sundance has signed a distribution agreement with broadband cable provider Telenet, enabling the funnel to look nationwide in 1.4 million houses in Flemish and French versions. Web was formerly restricted to offering something within the city. The expansion follows recent announcement that Sundance will bow inside the Netherlands this month in cahoots with Film1, the Benelux paybox run by Liberty Global's Chellomedia division.
