Horror movie where man tries to replace a woman's heart...?

Ok, I can NOT remember the movie or the actors. The only thing I
remember is...

A woman is sitting in a chair with a white or blue cloth draped over
her chest. The man/doctor has a bunch of hearts laying on a table that
shocks the hearts. The woman asks him what he is doing and he tells
her he is trying to find a heart for her.
He picks up one and holds it to her chest as if trying to size it up.

I think, but I'm not sure, that another part of the movie is at the
beginning credits, there are gold coins dropping into blood.

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME THE NAME OF THIS MOVIE!!!! AHHH lol
